APEX CONSTRUCTION BUILDING FIRST FREE-STANDING PANERA IN RENO
Apex Construction is super-sizing its construction of Panera’s in the Northern Nevada area. Having just broken ground at the West End Commons development near Keystone Avenue, it’s poised for a grand opening in November of its third quick service build.
Apex built the first store at the University of Nevada, Reno and is on target for a September opening of Panera at the corner of South Virginia Avenue and Neil Street. It built from the ground up the first Panera in Northern Nevada with the 2022 opening in Carson City in a mere 93 days.
West End Commons is becoming a fast feeder hotbed with the recent and planned openings of In-N-Out Burger, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Cracker Barrel.
